SAMPLE PRICING: We offer free samples (totaling $5.00 or less) when a courier account is provided for the shipping.  If the samples total more than $5.00, each sample will be billed.  You may order up to five pieces per item.  Sample pricing is less 10%. If you do not have a courier account, both the sample(s) and the shipping charge will be billed.  All samples are shipped from the warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. International shipping charges will apply for samples shipping to outside of Canada.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Clean, sharp, camera-ready black and white or color separated artwork is required.  Artwork Must be Vector File and ready to print. Artwork that requires modifications for reproduction purposes, will incur a minimum charge of $45.00 depending on the difficulty. $45.00 for each additional hour is required. The following files are the most suitable: Adobe IllustratorCS2 or under .ai or .eps files. All text must be in vector outline form.

PAPER PROOF / VIRTUAL IMAGE: Paper proof with 1 revision is free of charge with order. Paper proof with more than 1 revision will be charged a minimum $45.00 service fee.  Virtual image with 1 revision can be provided without order, a minimum $45.00 service fee will apply.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: Pre-production sample fee: Minimum $45.00/color/location plus shipping charge.  Other charges may apply depending on item.  

IMPRINTING: Unless otherwise stated, one color at one location imprint is included in the price of our products.

SETUP CHARGE:  $45.00/color/location; Repeat Set-up: $30.00/color/location.  Multi-color imprinting is available only on certain products; please call for details.  Exact PMS color match will require $75.00 per color. PMS color match cannot be guaranteed on non-white items or stainless steel. PMS color match charge will still apply if requested on non-white items or stainless steel.  We will match the color(s) to the best of our ability at no extra charge. PMS colors available in Solid Coated ink only.

LASER ENGRAVING: Laser Engraving is available on certain products only.  Laser Engraving on Stainless bottles has a maximum imprint area of: 1"w x 2"h.

PERSONALIZATION: Personalization available for Laser Engraving at $3.00 per line.  Maximum width: 1 1/2" on flat surface.

FULL COLOR HEAT TRANSFER: Available on selected items only. Running charge of $0.15 per square inch per unit and set-up charge of $45.00 apply.  For list of prices, please refer to below individual price table.

SHIPPING: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY CARRIER(S) OR US CUSTOM. ALL PRODUCTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY ONCE THE SHIPMENTS ARE PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER.

NOTE:  We use Transborder Distribution (Trade Direct) for shipments going to USA.  All orders would be estimated using shipping account to receive domestic shipping rate.  All other shipping accounts request will occur a handling/service charge   All order to United States need to ship according to our shipping schedule otherwise international shipping rate plus duty/tax and brokerage fees will apply.  

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:  Drop ship to 2 locations is free of charge. For each additional location required, a $5.00 charge/location is required.

REPEAT ORDERS:  A repeat order may not have the exact color(s) and/or location as in the first (original) order. This is due to several factors relevant to the mixing of screen/pad printing colors and the manual procedure of decorating the items.

HANDLING CHARGE:   If additional labeling and/or cartons are required, a charge of $5.00 per carton will apply.

RETURNS:  All returns must be authorized.  An RA number (Return Authorization number) will be provided. No Credit or replacement products will be issued for items that are unavailable for return.

OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS:   We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:   Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge if done before paper proof. Paper proof and other service fee may be charged if no order is placed or cancelled. Changes and cancellations made after imprinting will be billed accordingly.
